THE RSWEB WILL NOT SEND YOU E-MAIL WITH ANY ATTACHMENTS UNDER NEARLY ALL CIRCUSTANCES!
All information we wish to send you will be contained in the body of the email message and there will be NO attachments to it. (Except for the occasional JPG Picture file that may need to be sent). At the moment, JPG picture files cannot carry the terrorists viruses, etc.

IF YOU RECEIVE AN E-MAIL THAT   that has an ATTACHMENT, FROM THE RS WEB, USARS.ORG, OR ANYONE AT THE RSWEB MAIN HUB SITE, DO NOT OPEN IT!

DELETE THE ATTACHMENT from your email "Attachments" folder on your hard drive AND then delete it from the "RECYCLE BIN" on your computer as well!<.

THEN, reply or forward the message to us for forwarding to the appropriate authorities, WITHOUT the attachment.
In the "CC" or Carbon Copy line, add the word VIRUS to the message.
(You will get a message that the address "virus" cannot be reached. That is Normal and nothing to worry about).

ADDITIONALLY, NEVER open ANY e-mail with an attachment unless you are POSITIVE of the content of the message and the attachment, and NEVER open ANY suspicious attachment until you have scanned it with the LATEST Anti-Virus program update.

You can set up a Hardware Firewall unit to automatically quarantine any attachment with any suspicious extension quite easily.
